The estate is accessible to guests with reduced mobility using wheelchairs, both at the front and the rear of the property, including access to the swimming pool (with only one very small step of a few centimetres). The Premium Room Rocha and its en-suite bathroom have been designed in accordance with current Portuguese accessibility standards to provide comfortable wheelchair access and circulation. From there, the rest of the ground floor of Casa da Terra (including the kitchen, dining room and living room) is easily accessible on one level. It is also possible to move from one part of the property to another either through the internal connecting doors or via the patio.
