Casa da Água ("Water House") faces the fountain in the main garden. Its soft aqua-green colour palette and pastel-toned photographs are inspired by the surrounding villages. It offers 113 m² of indoor living space, with the option of adding the 50 m² Premium Room Céu, located directly above.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. High chairs are available on request. The rear garden offers refreshing morning shade and warm afternoon sunshine.
The living room is designed for relaxation and features a television together with a selection of board games.
Inspired by the lagoons of the Ria Formosa, the Lagoa bedroom features a king-size bed (180 cm), which can be separated into two single beds (2 × 90 cm) upon request, a spacious wardrobe, a baby cot, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Inspired by the famous springs of Alte, the Fonte bedroom offers two single beds (2 × 90 cm), which can be joined together to form a king-size bed (180 cm) upon request. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. A door opening directly onto the outside provides easy access to the rear garden.
